PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED:

 

  • Registration limited to 35 High-School Boys or Girls (respectively) only

  • All students must be entering into 9th grade through 12th grade as of fall of THIS previous school year.

  • The components to the program will include a presentation on a topic related to Quran and Hadith, a structured discussion session with topics relevant to youth, some recreational and gym time, and a halal lunch provided by volunteer parents and/or various Muslim Halal Restaurants.

  • There may be a few field trips during the year.

  • Students must attend all Saturdays unless there is an emergency and notification of an absence must be provided to the staff prior to the date of the absence by at least 3 days. Should this become a problem the staff reserves the right to remove the student for more than 3 absences without refund.

  • All students must be dropped off promptly before 3 p.m (doors will be open by 2:45) and must be picked up promptly by 6pm. The staff is not responsible for the picking up or the dropping off of the student. Nor is the staff responsible for staying after to chaperone the student after 6pm.

  • The staff of the program reserve the right to remove a student from the program with full refund without cause.

  • The student will NOT be allowed to leave during the program except by prior arrangement between the staff and the legal guardians of the student. Three days notice must be given. If the student leaves the program without notice the Staff reserves the right to remove the student from the program without refund.

  • Both legal guardian and student must provide email addresses and phone numbers so that the organizers can contact both student and legal guardian for updates in schedules, or any emergent need.

  • The program fees is $150 per student (Sibling/Returning student discount may apply).

  • Payments will be made through PAYPAL Checkout only. AMC will charge $0.00 online charges per transaction. You ARE NOT required to have a PAYPAL Account. You can pay as GUEST. A valid CREDIT or DEBIT CARD is required to complete this transaction

  • After completing your transaction, you will receive a final confirmation EMAIL from PAYPAL.

  • In order to keep the cost of the Sunnah Saturday low, we are requesting that, for ONE Saturday out of the entire school year, each of our student's family provide lunch (a healthy and halal meal for 30-35 students). On the registration page, you will be asked which Saturday(s) you would be able to volunteer to provide and deliver the lunch by 7pm on your designated day. We are asking for you to list 3 possible dates, so as to have a choice of dates to work with. We will try to accommodate your preferences if possible. You will be contacted via phone/email, confirming your designated lunch date.
